Every meal at Gallodoro's Taste of Italy begins at Gallo D'Oro Farm, our family-owned farm founded by Dan and Shantell Rinderle in 2005. What started with a single chicken and a small garden has grown into a thriving five-acre farm rooted in Italian heritage and Louisiana tradition. Many of the vegetables we grow come from heirloom seeds passed down through generations, and each season's harvest helps shape the dishes served in our kitchen. Fresh produce, herbs, and handcrafted products are at the heart of everything we make. Our commitment to quality extends beyond the restaurant, with house-made oils, dressings, pepper jellies, pickled vegetables, and other farm-crafted specialties made with the same care as our meals.
